Reserve Subaqua Certified Chronometers

Buying a watch today is not the easiest thing to do. The watch market is incredibly congested. But buying an original Swiss watch with the COSC mechanism is much easier. Yet not so many chronometers are produced.

I don’t want to bore you with the history of chronometer certification, so I’ll tell you in a nutshell what it is and what it is eaten with.

A chronometer is a mechanism with increased precision. The error of such a mechanism is +/- 2 seconds per month. Each model, called a chronometer, is certified by the COSC institute and subsequently has the inscription "Chronometer" or "Certified Chronometer" on the dial. Here's one.

In this case, you can also see the "Swiss Made" marking, which indicates the Swiss assembly. But here, in fact, the first inscription without the second cannot be by default, since a certified chronometer is usually a high level.

Invicta produces very few chronometers and very rarely. Here are a few of them:

Invicta 17194 Speedway COSC , Invicta 13740 Reserve Subaqua COSC , Invicta 13743 Reserve Subaqua COSC , Invicta 12908 Reserve Subaqua COSC

And if the first model is not made entirely in the spirit of Invicta and can be confused with some brand, then the other 3 models are real aggressors in the corporate style of Invicta watches.

The watch is very massive. 52 mm in diameter, 18 mm thick and weighing 364 grams make these models a real, masculine accessory.

In addition to the unique appearance of the case, the designers also got confused over the dial, making it look like a skeleton. It turned out not very readable, but very stylish. Task: "Look at the time, but instead hang for 10 seconds admiring the dial" - was completed!

This watch is very large, but in terms of wear and versatility, I did not see any barriers. Let's start with the fact that this watch will not look good on a skinny hand, but on a large model it blends perfectly with both casual clothes and a casual jacket. There is also the question of how much you allow yourself such a watch under a jacket. The stereotype that with a business style there should be only 5 kopecks, not flashy watches - this is just a stereotype.

I can’t say that this watch directly beckons to dive into them, but it just so happened that all watches from the Subaqua Noma collection are supplied by Invicta with professional water protection. So this model was not deprived of an indicator of 500 meters. The buttons and the crown are screwed down, so everything is grown-up. Diving suit, oxygen tank and forward to the conquest of the Mariana Trench.

The price for today is $400. I've been poking around on the internet and with the COSC label I mostly see Tissot watches. 14919 UAH price of this model. Here is the cheapest one . I will not compare, these are not only different weight categories, but also a completely different style. However, you can buy Invicta COSC wristwatches for really little money and these watches will give you the feeling of much more than many hyped brands.
