Friends, hello everyone, you are on the channel about Feeltime watches, with you as always Stanislav and today we will review two microbrands that are essentially very different, but there is something that connects them.
The first is the Americans Ocean Crawler with their Leviathan model, and the second is the Italians Venezianico with their new Redentore Bellanotte.
What can connect essentially two such different brands? Ocean Crowler is often very angry, brutal, masculine watches in massive sizes, when Venezianico on the contrary is elegant, refined, in small sizes.
But I would say that these models are connected by a passion for art. And you know what, microbrands have been very pleasing with this lately.
When the Swiss and Japanese are driving on the beaten track, microbrands are trying to do something truly unusual. Well, how else can they stand out if they can’t boast a big name and a long history?
You have to rely on ideas, quality and characteristics. And a good microbrand always produces something really cool.
By the way, speaking about the Swiss and Japanese, it goes without saying that there are masterpieces and art models there too. But usually it is some kind of super luxury for all the money in the world.
And we will begin to heat up passions gradually.
The first model will be the Venezianico Redentore Bellanotte. The model is dedicated to an important holiday in Italy, Redentore, which dates back to 1576, when the country finally overcame the plague.
What you can see on the dial is, in fact, a real place to visit in Italy.
This is St. Mark's Square. On the left side is the Basilica of San Giorgio Maggiore, in the background is the Doge's Palace and in the heart stands a majestic lion on a pedestal.
The dial literally reflects the Redentore celebration, with a starry night and fireworks.
Friends, I don't know about you, but I was really happy with this clock face. And also, when I looked at real photos of this square, I felt sad. I want to travel around the world, see some beautiful places like this.
It is worth understanding that the emphasis here was not on readability, and this watch is not about time, therefore, as harmoniously as possible, the time dial itself is placed in the right corner on a mother-of-pearl plate and there are only 2 blued hands here. Hour and minute.
In principle, everything looks very harmonious.
In general, I would like to say that the dial is quite voluminous. That is, here the Piazza San Marco is in the foreground, then the starry night deepens, and the fireworks and the time dial itself are still sunken into the depths of the starry night.
Therefore, there is enough volume and a feeling of expensiveness.
The case design itself will not be something new for those who know the Venezianico brand. This is a fairly standard form for models from the Redentore collection today.
Stainless steel case 316l. Streamlined, pronounced, domed bezel smoothly transitioning into sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating.
The sides are pleasantly satin-finished. The crown is under protective caps and engraved with a cross (the logo of the Venezianico brand).
On the back of the watch is an engraving of the Il Redentore church, after which the collection is named.

- Sapphire crystal with anti-glare
- 50 meters of water resistance, which is normal for such a casual style (you can wash your hands and not be afraid of rain)
- And we have on board a rare Japanese automatic Seiko NH05A, which is due to the non-standard arrangement of time.
Our dimensions are as follows: diameter - 40 mm, from ear to ear - 46 mm, thickness - 11 mm, weight - 78 grams.
I have a thin wrist, 18 cm in circumference. The watch fits my hand perfectly.

The second model literally stunned me a bit when I first unpacked them. I certainly expected to see something outrageous, but in reality it turned out to be even cooler.
This is a limited edition Ocean Crawler Leviathan with an image of the battle between Poseidon and the Dragon on the enamel-ceramic coating of the dial.
Only 500 pieces were released worldwide. The serial number of the watch is located in the form of an engraving on the back cover of the watch.
In general, I have already filmed reviews of the Ocean Crawler for you more than once and the watch is really very well made.
They are produced in small batches in the town of Rochester (New York State).
The model comes in a branded, expensive box made of natural wood, textile and suede.
The watch also comes with a replacement orange rubber strap. The quality of the strap is excellent. Therefore, the bonus is really very pleasant.
The default strap is also somewhat exotic. It's stingray leather. It looks great, the strap is made gorgeously.
The brand and city of production are embossed on the inside.
You know, I expected the watch to be very big. In fact, it is really big. But on my thin hand it feels very harmonious.
The dimensions here are: diameter - 44 mm, from lug to lug - 52 mm, thickness - 15 mm, weight - 127 grams.
The lugs are very well designed here. They are long, but they curve and wrap around the wrist perfectly. That's why I don't get the feeling that the watch is very big.
We have a 316l stainless steel case. It is completely satin-finished. The quality of the finish is gorgeous.
The bezel has a very nice texture. It also rotates 120 clicks counterclockwise. The rotation is cool and convenient. The bezel itself is solid, there is no play.
The head is without protective ridges. It looks great. Very comfortable. It is comfortable to operate.
On the back side we can see the helium valve. We have extreme water resistance - 600 meters.
And in general, I want to say that the characteristics here are as evil as the watch itself.
On board is a Swiss automatic Sellita SW200-1 with a power reserve of 40 hours, operating at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour.
By the way, the watch is declared shock-resistant, which is a rare characteristic for a stainless steel model.
We have a thick 4.5mm sapphire with anti-reflective coating.
I think it's really cool.
And the dial is just awesome.
You know, it would probably be superfluous to comment. I hope the video will convey its beauty, because in real life it looks super bright and voluminous. I had a lot of fun.

In essence, I showed you an example of how adult microbrands make watches that you simply won’t get from the Swiss and Japanese in the mid-range segment.
These are small works of art.
And the guys understand perfectly well that people now want not time, but to stand out. People want to be different from everyone else.
And these models provide such an opportunity. Moreover, the quality is very high, the watches are made for wealthy people.
Even if you are not ready to wear these watches, they bring visual pleasure. I just sat and stared at these models for some time. Yes, because you just want to admire them. These watches are not about time. With them, on the contrary, it slows down.
