New Venezianico watches

Italian watch brand Venezianico. A brand that is on everyone's lips today. And this is quite a natural situation, because the guys are seriously investing in their product and in the development of the brand around the world.

Recently, people were saying that a microbrand would never make its own in-house movement, but Venezianico not only did it, but also won the award of the year in the dress watch category, which was equipped with this movement.

A few years ago, people were skeptical about Venezianico, but today I sell their watches, which are sometimes more expensive than the average Swiss segment like Certina, Tissot, and Hamilton.

It is absolutely clear that the brand has only an uphill road. And today I have prepared for you a review of the latest Venezianico products that have arrived at my Feeltime store. I am the official dealer of the Venezianico brand in Ukraine.

Venezianico NEREIDE watch 42 mm 3321504C

Let's start with the most affordable models - this is Venezianico from the Nereide collection.

This is a fairly old model that has been out of the brand's range for a long time. And I know that many people have been waiting for it, because it is essentially visually no different from the flagship Nereide models, but due to certain, simpler features, it is much more affordable.

I brought two of the most classic colors to the store - black and blue.

Named Nereide, this model is dedicated to the Nereide submarine, which was in service with the Italian Navy during World War I. An engraving of this boat can be found on the back cover of the watch.

If you know this collection, you will immediately recognize the shape of the case. In a way, you could say that it looks like an Italianized Rolex Submariner.

I like the geometry and finish of the case. Everything is done at a good level.

The bracelet is called Canova. This is a patented bracelet by the brand, which is made in 16 unique shapes. It is made really beautifully. Some of the links are in the form of bars - satin, the central part - like a barrel with mirror polish.

All this gives a nice volume.

The dial and bezel look quite monolithic.

Bezel with an insert of tempered BK7 glass. It is noticeably stronger than ordinary mineral glass. The bezel is convenient, comfortable. Rotates clearly. I like the sound. There is no backlash.

What characteristics do we have in general?

Sapphire glass with anti-reflective coating.
The watch is equipped with a Japanese automatic Seiko NH35A with a power reserve of 42 hours, operating at a frequency of 21600 vibrations per hour. The passport error is 20-40 seconds per day, in practice it is usually better. This is a very reliable and time-tested Japanese mechanism.

The dial is beautiful. Minimalistic and to the point. The applied markers and brand logo give it a nice volume.

On the one hand, it's simple, but on the other, it feels expensive. And that's the main thing.

The hands and markers feature Swiss Super Luminova, which accumulates energy and glows in the dark.

Watches fit my hand well, but I tend to prefer a size around 40 mm. I think this one will look better on a hand larger than mine.

Venezianico Nereide Aureo 39 watch - 3121590S

Next, I want to take a look at the newest version of the Venezianico Nereide Aureo, which was already available in my store in a 42 mm case diameter, and now the brand has re-released it in a 39 mm size, which is perfect for me.

In terms of case design, you can see that the watch is little different from its predecessor.

I will emphasize once again that the brand has several fundamental collections and of course the basis remains the same, but the details change.

And this model has enough of these details. Which greatly affects the price tag. This watch costs 55,775 UAH. Let's figure out why there is such a big difference.

Let's start with the fact that the dial is made of real 24-karat gold plating.

And it looks both very unusual and very expensive, as we used to say.

The characteristics are similar to its predecessor, but on board is a more expensive Japanese Citizen automatic movement with the Miyota 9039 caliber. The power reserve is 42 hours, the frequency is 28,800 vibrations per hour.

In fact, for the price of this watch, I would have liked at least a Swiss Sellita SW200, but I think the gold-plated dial had a big impact on the price. If Sellita had been included, the price would have jumped another 15 thousand, and that could have scared people away. These are my thoughts on the matter.

The back cover of the watch features an engraving of the main nave of the Basilica of San Marco, located in Venice, and is partially finished in gold from the inside, which has a certain ideological connection with the dial of the model and the brand in general.

Speaking of the case, its quality is similar to the previous model we saw, but the bezel in the TOP version of the Nereide is made of tungsten, which looks unusual, but is the strongest metal in the world.

While in the previous model I offered the Sansovino bracelet as an option, here it is installed by default.

This watch definitely looks great on my hand.

Venezianico Arsenale Bronze Watch - 6221556

Finally, we have the HIT brand from the Arsenale collection in bronze.

If you follow the channel, you've seen many versions of this watch, which gained momentum in 2024.

At first, everyone thought it would be a Tissot clone, but in fact it turned out to be a very original model that actually looks and feels more charged than the Tissot PRX.

Venezianico usually dedicates its bronze models to the horses of St. Mark, which are located in the same St. Mark's Basilica that we already talked about today. The horses can literally be seen in the form of engraving on the back of the watch.

Bronze oxidizes over time and develops a patina (greenish color), which gives the watch a unique pattern, and is why watch enthusiasts love bronze. You can always clean it with simple solutions if you want, but this is usually not done.

The belts go well with the bronze. The new model features integrated rubber belts of excellent quality.

The watch fits perfectly on my hand.

Diameter - 40 mm, from lug to lug - 44 mm, Thickness - 8.95 mm, Weight - 78 grams

I want to note that Arsenal are famous for their very thin cases. 8.95 mm is a really cool thickness indicator.

The dials are minimalist and expensive at the same time.

I really like the shades, the shape of the arrows and the neat labels. Combined with the glued brand logo, it gives a nice volume.

The hands and markers are coated with Swiss Super Luminova.

According to our characteristics:

Sapphire glass with anti-reflective coating.
50 meters water resistance (you can wash your hands and not be afraid of rain).
On board is the same Citizen Miyota 9039. Here it was important to choose a thin mechanism that could fit in such a thin case.

This watch costs 48,500 UAH today. It is beautifully made, looks gorgeous. Plus bronze. Bronze is a unique material and is always more expensive than stainless steel. And it is not very common.

Venezianico Nereide Turquoise Watch - 4521547

Let's take a look at the two TOP versions of Nereide watches. Plus, it will be very interesting to compare in detail, because one watch costs 61,875 UAH, and the other 69,300 UAH. And the difference in price is due to the details.

So the first watch kind of resembles a sea lagoon.

And all this is done thanks to the color of the dial and the rubber strap.

The dial is unique as it is literally made of turquoise mineral. This is a complex, handmade work, because the dial plate is quite thin, and it is very easy to damage during processing.

There can be no two identical dials in the same model, as the mineral texture is different. Therefore, the pattern on your dial will be unique.

I won't touch on the case and bracelet much, because they are the same as in the previous Nereide models that you have already seen.

But I would like to emphasize that this model can be completed with both the Canova bracelet and the Sansovino bracelet. For details, please contact my personal telegram , which I will leave in the description of this video.

The important thing is that this is a 42 mm version, that it has a tungsten bezel and a Swiss automatic Sellita SW200 with a power reserve of 38 hours. And as I said, all this affects the cost of the watch. That is, it is higher than the standard versions of the Nereide due to this.

The other watch is basically the same, but the dial here is made of real, Mediterranean red coral. It looks incredible.

And I will emphasize again that there will be no two identical dials. Because this is handmade and a unique material.

It would seem that this is where the difference between the watches ends, but no.

The back cover of the turquoise Nereide features an engraving of the Nereide submarine.

But the coral model has the same Sellita SW200 installed on board, but the pendulum was custom-made, decorated with Geneva waves and coated with galvanic red gold.

It looks solid, and of course, this affected the price difference.

Conclusions

But in conclusion, I want to say that the brand makes great watches.

Today, just quality and features are not enough. You want something special, individual. People have started to understand that being like everyone else is not cool)

And Venezianico gives you the opportunity to buy a watch with fundamental quality and characteristics, but at the same time a watch that stands out from the rest with its sometimes small, and sometimes shocking features.

Of course, in this price segment today you will have exactly the choice - mass market Swiss of the middle segment, which will be beaten, of good quality, but like everyone else's, or fresh Italians with sometimes better quality, but at the same time made as if custom-made.

The choice is yours.
