New Circula brand in Ukraine

Friends, hello everyone, you are on the Feeltime watch channel, with you as always Stanislav, and today we will have a special issue. Recently I became the official dealer of the German brand Circula in Ukraine. And literally today the first small batch of watches arrived.

Let's talk a little about the brand itself. Circula is a German brand that dates back to 1955. The watches are designed and manufactured in the small town of Pforzheim in Germany.

This is a family brand and since 2018, the third generation has taken ownership of the Circula brand in the person of Cornelius Huber.

The model range is quite classic and is divided into 3 main divisions: these are, as expected, diver's watches, a slightly smaller number of field watches, and a smaller niche is occupied by aviator watches.

We all know that Germans are very picky about quality and very conservative. So today we will have the opportunity to see for ourselves on one model and get to know the brand better.

And today, as I said, let's get acquainted using the example of one model and take a look at it.

Circula Divesport titanium watch

Well, let's start with the packaging. All Circula models arrived at my store in identical boxes, so I think there is a certain standard.

The box is quite well made. Under the leather, sewn with thread. Inside there is a pleasant textile.

There is a quality watch care cloth, a warranty card, and a warning not to turn the buttons in water so as not to drown your watch.

The packaging is definitely good and on par with a watch in this price segment.

Well, first of all, I want to show you the professional diving model Circula from the Divesport collection, made of titanium.

And I'll probably start with the design itself. It's nothing unusual. It's a round case, there are no super elements here. But I can very clearly say that this is a Circula Divesport if I've ever seen this watch.

And this is a very good indicator. That is, as they say, the brand did not invent the bicycle, but got a watch with its own face.

Although, despite its simplicity at first glance, I can't say that the case is exactly that simple. You can see that there are quite unusual transitions, quite complex shapes of the lugs with a bunch of faces at different angles.

A very convenient crown with protective protrusions that screws into the case for better tightness. And this is not surprising, because we have extreme water resistance of 500 meters.

Regarding water resistance, I want to say that the Circula brand assures that the watch is indeed tested at different water pressures and at different angles of the watch itself for water resistance.

I want to talk about the dimensions right away. Because with such water protection, you should expect a lot of thickness. And the watch is really fluffy.

Diameter - 42 mm, lug to lug - 48.5 mm, thickness - 13.4 mm (with sapphire crystal 14.1 mm). Weight - 90 grams.

Although, having put the watch on my rather small hand, 18 cm in circumference, I understand that it is really quite neat for such water protection. Rather, it feels like a watch with a diameter of 40 mm. Moreover, the lugs are so cut that it seems as if they are shorter than they actually are. It's just very good.

The bezel in this watch really impressed me, although I've twisted a lot of bezels. But here the clicks are super precise. So precise that I can actually meditate to them.

Very comfortable grip, very clear sounds. If I were asked which bezel was the best of those I rotated, this model would roll off my tongue.

By the way, the insert is made of aluminum, but the brand says that there is a protective coating against scratches.

In general, the quality of titanium is very good. I mean the quality of processing. Titanium with a strength rating of 1200. You need to understand that there are different degrees of hardness of titanium, and it depends on how it will show itself in everyday life. 1200 is a good indicator.

On the back cover we have a nice engraving. Here we have land and water. I'm not sure if it's any specific places, but it's done well. With a hint of a watch for an active lifestyle.

What other characteristics do we have?

  • Sapphire glass with an internal anti-reflective layer.
  • We have 500 meters of water protection - he said
  • We have Swiss Super Luminova BGW9 on the hands and markers, and Swiss Super-LumiNova C3 X1 on the bezel.

Rubber strap. I like it. It's thick and flexible at the same time. It's very good. There's a quick-change system, which you'll need, and it's branded from the middle. Titanium clasp. The quality is excellent.

Plus, we will go with this separately and the branded titanium bracelet. Again. It looks quite original. Angular like the case. Great quality of workmanship, there is a quick replacement system. And a rather nice clasp "clapper".

And they also included a tool for removing extra links in the kit. And it's a quality tool. Not made of shit and sticks, like it happens with cheap brands.

I mentioned the specifications, but I forgot the most important one. This is a Swiss automatic Sellita SW200-1 on board. Elabor version. One of the most accurate versions, because this mechanism has several of them.

38 hours of power reserve, frequency - 28,800 vibrations per hour, and the error is 7-15 seconds per day, which is really good.

And of course, we'll save the most delicious thing for last.

This is a dial.

Honestly, it's really hard for me to say whether it's light blue or blue. It's somewhere in between. And this color is called Petrol Blue.

Quite cool, the dial is scratched in factory conditions. Very clear, applied markings. The hands are of the correct shape. The hour hand, as divers like, was made small, and the minute hand was made large and highlighted in bright yellow so that the time could be read well underwater.

The date is placed absolutely unobtrusively at the 6 o'clock mark, and there is also the inscription "Made in Germany".

Class, I really like it.

What about the price? Today, this watch in my online store Feeltime costs 66,248 UAH including the bracelet. This is 1,450 euros. At the exchange rate.

Basically. Everything I expected to get from this watch - I got it.

Cool design, very cool quality in the details. Some moments were simply amazing. For example, the bezel.

In fact, there are a lot of nuances. This is an advanced version of the mechanism with greater accuracy, this is unusually hard titanium, this is the inner layer of the intiblik, because it works better that way, this is a bezel with an anti-scratch coating, because aluminum is usually used to emphasize the vintage style of watches. And we still have a vintage diver.

To date, I have only owned and shown you Zeppelin watches from Germany. And the difference in quality between these watches is like an abyss.

Well, I've said more than once that mature German brands cost a lot. But they also give you a good deal.

Now I am an official dealer of the Circula brand in Ukraine. So far, not many models have been imported, but I will expand. And you can buy what is currently available in my online store Feeltime with an official 2-year warranty.

I will leave the link in the description of the video, plus I will leave a link to my Telegram , if you have any questions, feel free to write.

What do you think? Do you want a sequel where I show other models? Don't forget to like if you're really grateful, subscribe if you want to watch a video with other Circula watches, and that's all for me, Stanislav was with you. See you soon. Bye.
