Friends, hello everyone, you are on the Feeltime watch channel, Stanislav is with you as always, and today we will have a review of new products from the Italian brand Venezianico.
A brand that has already gone beyond micro-brands, that constantly delights with its unusual new products, and about which I receive only positive feedback from customers.
But in general, it warms my soul when people buy a Venezianico watch for over $1,000. Although they could have just bought a banal Swiss Tissot. But apparently people are gradually realizing that the Tissot inscription on the dial is not enough. And if a brand makes things of better quality in 7 years of its existence than some Swiss in 150 years of existence, then that also says something.
New Venezianico Marco Polo limit
The first model in the review is the unique Venezianico Redentore "Marco Polo" limited edition, which the brand decided to release in honor of the great traveler Marco Polo, who, by the way, was born in Venice in 1254.
For those who don't know, and it's obvious from the name, the Venezianico brand itself is based in Venice.
In 2024, it will be 700 years since the death of the great man, and Venezianico decided to pay tribute by releasing a limited edition of 400 copies per year.
We have an art dial featuring a map of Asia and Marco Polo himself on a metal plate with a historical book in his hand, in which he wrote down all his notes during his travels.
The time itself is realized in a small mother-of-pearl dial. Because you have to understand that this watch is not exactly about time.
We have already seen something similar in the Venezianico model, in which the dial is made in the form of a minted coin from the time when the "Plague" was defeated.
Or, conversely, the more festive Redentore model, on the dial of which you can see San Marco Square in Venice and the celebration of the Redentore holiday.
Of course, these are ideological clocks that a simple passerby will not understand. For them to interest you, there must be some interest in history, geography, Venice itself, and the spirit of Italy.
The model is equipped with a rare Japanese automatic Seiko NH05A. It has a fairly large power reserve of 50 hours and operates at a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour.
The back of the watch shows an ancient map of Asia. There is also a limited edition of our model. I only have one in stock. And there won't be any more. It's number 368.
The case itself is made on the basis of the Redentore collection. Very fragile. The sides are satin-finished. The upper part of the lugs and the rim are mirror polished. The rim is brightly expressed and smoothly transitions into the convex sapphire crystal.
The workmanship and detailing are excellent. In this regard, the Venezianico just keeps getting better and better.
I really like the beige genuine leather strap. It looks artificially aged and matches the color scheme of the dial perfectly.

Diameter - 40 mm, from lug to lug - 46 mm, thickness - 11.5 mm, weight - 78 grams.
Very delicate watch. Fits perfectly on my small hand 18 cm in circumference. And I personally like it. Although it's not exactly my style, it looks nice.
Of the characteristics, the only thing that was not mentioned was the expected small water resistance of 50 meters, which is enough to wash your hands and not be afraid of rain.
A wonderful novelty. I repeat, it is perfect for ideological people who are close to the topic of geography, adventure, and Italy.
New Venezianico Redentore Enigma
The next fashion model I personally expect is the Venezianico Redentore Enigma.
I will say right away that I will skip the case, its dimensions and quality. In this and the previous Marco Polo model, one base is the Redentore collection. The cases are the same in both dimensions and quality.
But the filling makes this model radically different.
In total, 3 colors came out, but I've only received 2 so far. I'm expecting another one, green, in the next batch.
And the colors are really cool. It's not just blue, it's a gradient from blue to black.
Moreover, this gradient is present both on the dial and on the strap made of genuine Italian leather.
The dial is very unusually implemented.
You can see that there is no second hand, and the watch looks like a single-hand watch. It almost is, because the hour hand is displayed in a small display with a 24-hour marking, and the minute hand is placed in a large dial.
This, as I said, is unusual, but actually quite convenient.
The rare Japanese automatic Seiko NH39A is responsible for this beauty. In principle, it has no special properties other than the unusual arrangement of the time.
41 hours of power reserve, 21,600 vibrations per hour, and an error of 20-40 seconds per day.
Other characteristics are exactly the same as those of Marco Polo.
The only thing is that the back cover features an engraving of the Il Redentore Cathedral in Venice, after which the Redentore collection is named.
It sits beautifully on my hand, 18 cm in circumference.
But you need to understand that the watch is quite bright. It won't fit your entire dress code. A watch for certain clothes and special occasions.
And if you look at the purple version, that's exactly it.
Very bright. I would even say a bit of an "eye-popping" color. Definitely for unconventional people who like bright accessories.

New Venezianico Arsenale
But this model is probably what you were waiting for the most. And I guess so was I. At least out of curiosity.
Because when these Venezianico Arsenale came out, I immediately thought, "Oh, another Tissot PRH-like watch."
I can't blame the brand for this. There is a certain hype and trends. Everyone wants to make money and be on the wave. The main thing is to do it qualitatively. So let's see what Venezianico did.
First of all, I want to say that this watch, despite the bracelet integrated into the case, immediately looks like an independent model.
And first of all, what catches my attention is not the case, but the bracelet. Because it is made very cool, to put it mildly.
Integrated into the case, i.e. it looks like an inseparable part of the case. It tapers to the clasp.
The main links are in the form of rods, inside the barrel. Each part of the links looks very voluminous, because it contains a combination of satin and mirror polishing. Plus obvious bevels.
As I said, it's very bulky. I've done reviews for you on the Tisso PRX. That bracelet pales in comparison to this one.
Plus a cool butterfly clasp with an engraved cross and the Venezianico brand logo.
The first component is quality and appearance. Let's talk about convenience.
The diameter of the model is 40 mm, from lug to lug it is only 45 mm, thickness is 8.95 mm, weight is 136 grams.
Firstly, the case itself is fragile and thin, and secondly, the bracelet itself just perfectly covers even a thin wrist like mine. It reminds me that I have 18 cm in circumference.
I will also praise the case. Stainless steel 316l. Satin finish with a strip of mirror polish between the surfaces.
The rim is a combination of serrated stripes and mirror polish. The quality is luxurious, the finish is excellent.
And the head with miniature protective protrusions only decorates the body.
The back of the watch features a nice engraving of the Arsenale building, which still exists today as a historical monument in Venice. The Arsenale was once used to make parts for warships.
According to the specifications, we have 100 meters of water resistance, plus the head is screwed for better tightness.
Sapphire glass with anti-reflective coating, and an expensive Japanese Citizen Miyota 9039 movement is installed on board, which has a power reserve of 42 hours and operates at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour.
Very minimalist, but I would say the right dial.
The main plate is decorated with a guilloche pattern. It shimmers quite expensively at different viewing angles.
Nothing superfluous. There is no second hand, no date window. Just slotted hour and minute hands and neat, superimposed hour markers and a cross-shaped logo.
Beautiful, expensive, and looks Italian.
What I'm saying is. This is definitely not a Tissot PRX. In some ways, this watch is better made.
I like it, it has an Italian touch to the style, a chic bracelet, a chic case, and it's ultra-thin, and the dial is just the cherry on the cake of this beauty. Definitely a TOP release.
New Venezianico Nereide Aureo
The last model of our new products will be the Venezianico Nereide Aureo, with which the brand wanted to pay tribute to the gold miners of Venice. Because almost every cultural monument is decorated with gold.
And the dial of our model is also covered with a thin layer of real 24-karat gold.
The main plate looks very bright, and I would say soothing. Along the edge there is another plate with minute markings, and an additional hour marker, which gives a cool volume.
Again, the dial looks like the dial of an Italian watch.
And here we have the Swiss Super Luminova, which accumulates energy and glows in the dark.
This watch is quite serious in terms of features.
On board is a Swiss automatic Sellita SW200 with a power reserve of 40 hours, operating at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour.
We have sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating, and a unique bezel with a tungsten insert. This is the strongest type of metal today, plus it looks very unusual.
The bezel itself has a great, comfortable grip, rotates confidently, and there is no backlash.
And professional water resistance of 200 meters. The head under the protective influxes is screwed for better tightness.
The stainless steel case just continues to please. The quality of the finish is superb. I like that the strip of mirror polish runs completely along all the contours of the side surface, which makes the watch visually more expensive.
The back of the watch features a nice engraving of the hall inside the Basilica of San Marco in Venice.
The bracelet has also been updated. It was named Sansovino in honor of the Renaissance sculptor Jacopo Sansovino.
Cool bracelet. Fits perfectly to the case. No play. Multi-link, great geometry and finish. Plus a diver's clasp like a clapper.
But this watch can be fitted with a Canova bracelet, which is the basis of the Venezianico brand. It can be purchased separately. Details, as I said in my Cart.
Well, that's a pretty big watch.
Diameter - 42 mm, from lug to lug - 50 mm, thickness - 12 mm, weight - 183 grams on a full bracelet.
It fits my hand quite well, but has potential for a larger hand.
Well, I'm ready to sum up.
Once again, I saw that the Venezianico brand is steadily developing and producing cool watches with soul.
I thought that in the future they could take a step forward in manufacturing their own mechanisms and provide capital support to the Swiss.
A brand that has been around for 7 years is doing better and cheaper in some ways what the Swiss middle class learned to do over 150 years. This just goes to show that marketing, as always, is the key.
But, as I said, I'm pleased that some are rejecting the stereotypes that a watch has to be Swiss, and that only Switzerland is good, and are taking steps towards microbrands and small, but already full-fledged brands.
And they don't regret it.
