Equipment
Let's start with unpacking. We are all used to the fact that Casio watches come with a standard box in quotation marks “candy bowl” or “sugar bowl” with ordinary waste paper.
In this case, things are a little more serious. There are several protective boxes, MT-G symbols and a slot with a thick booklet and instructions. Including in Russian. Friends, Ukrainian, alas, no.
Thus, the box clearly stands out among the Casio lineup and already, as it were, hints that it contains something more premium than the usual G-Shocks.
On the other hand, to be honest, I would not say that this is just some kind of luxury. Just a nice box.
Why does this watch feel like a premium watch?
But the watch itself is a completely different matter. You take it in your hands and you feel that it is something expensive.
Why does this feeling arise?
Well, firstly, this is a chic, brutal case design. It has a beautiful finish in a combination of satin and elegant mirror polish transitions.
The bezel with black coating is well-designed. All buttons are very comfortable and ergonomic.
The quality of the bracelet and clasp
The watch has an amazing bracelet. Look at this mount. Stylish, reliable, very confident.
The bracelet, like the case, is beautifully finished, plus the inside is made of polyurethane. Firstly, it makes the watch lighter and more comfortable to wear, and secondly, it is tactilely more pleasant to the hand.
We can say that the perfect flapper clasp for this watch. Fully molded, very comfortable, reliable. There is additional length adjustment on the side holes, and I really liked that there are polyurethane “protection” inserts so that the clasp does not scratch when you put your hand on the table. This is straight cool!
The back cover of the watch is carbon fiber and here, in fact, “Carbon Monocoque” is signed. This is a special protection of the mechanism module, which softens it from any blows.
Plus, the inscription Triple G Resist says that this watch is protected not only from shock, but also from vibrations and centrifugal forces.
Watch protection
In fact, this watch is just the maximum protection. Water resistant to 200 meters and a screw-down crown for better watertightness, Tought MVT function that will calibrate the hands to the perfect position if they go astray from the same blow, anti-reflective sapphire crystal that is seated deep into the welt and is basically hard to click.
And at the same time, everyone looks like a full-fledged, expensive sports watch, and not a standard, polymer G-Shock. Indeed, in fact, maintaining the security of plastic G-Shocks in a stainless steel case is not an easy task.
Watch sizes
Width - 51 mm, Length - 45 mm, Thickness - 15.4 mm, bracelet width - 21 mm, Weight - 158 grams.
On my hand 18 cm. They sit quite neatly in the girth. It is clear that this is not a small watch, but do not forget that this is still a G-Shock. They don't have the task of being small.
Clock face
The dial is expensive. All hands are well polished. Some of the indoor arenas are higher, some are lower, the patched MT-G logo. All this creates a lot of volume and gives the watch the expected feeling of an expensive accessory.
Serious functionality
Plus, with a huge number of functions, excellent readability has been preserved here. Clearly divided main time, there is a 12/24 hour window that shows whether it is day or night.
A convenient window with the days of the week and indicators of the stopwatch, countdown timer and alarm clock.
The main functions, as always, are switched by the lower left button.
Of course, many functions are more convenient to set up via bluetooth in the Casio app on your smartphone. Plus, do not forget that there is Radio control here, that is, the clock catches a signal from one of the 6 towers in the world and always shows the perfect time.
For excellent readability in the dark, there is a luminescent on the hands and marks, plus LED backlighting, which is started by the upper right button and works in a smooth mode. This is again such a moment that says that even the little things have been well worked on in this watch, since the backlight works abruptly in ordinary g-shock.

What I want to say. For the money, you get a truly premium version of the Casio G-Shock. These watches have all the same functionality as in the most charged G-Shocks, but at the same time they are made so cool that you can not only get the necessary protection in them, but also emphasize your status.
Rather, such watches are designed for a man who cares that in his activities his companion is not just a watch, but a watch that has been worked on notably and that looks appropriate. This effect has been achieved here.
