Friends, hello everyone, you are on the channel about Feeltime watches, today we’ll talk about watches from the American microbrand Hemel.  

When I brought this brand into my store, I wanted to give people something new.  

There are plenty of everyday divers. They are the majority, and I love this style. There are plenty of classics among the popular Swiss and Japanese. But there are few military or aviator watches in retro style.  

I don’t take whatever comes into my assortment. I have to like the watch, otherwise it's hard to sell. For this reason, in my reviews, for example, there are no Diesel or Michael Kors watches. Well, maybe I’ll make a review on the topic: “What watches should not be bought.”  

If I like the watch, then I can honestly convey my feelings about it to you and be sure that I am doing something good.  

When the Hemel watch came to me for testing, I immediately made the decision: “We will work with you.” The criteria are very simple. They look cool and unusual, the quality matches the pleasant impression of the watch.  

For example, I didn’t get this feeling from the Aerotec watches I tried. And when I know about this, it’s difficult to say that this is a cool product.  

So yes, today I am reviewing a watch that I found interesting, beautiful, and of high quality. And let's look at them in more detail.  

The packaging is as always simple and standard. The interesting thing is that the watch is quite discreet, but the boxes and napkins are very bright. Orange colors.  

Although it’s impossible to say that the strap of this watch is discreet.  

This is great genuine leather. It looks just great. Tactilely pleasant. Stitched at such a thickness - gorgeous. There are two rivets on each side of the case as a tribute to the aviator style of the watch.  

In general, I think that you can play around with this watch a lot. Add high-quality textiles or a NATO strap, and they can be greatly transformed.  

This is one of those watches that you can really play around with the straps and get something unusual.  

The watch looks cool. So you twist it and have fun. Definitely my style.  

316l stainless steel body. Fully satin. The quality of finishing is excellent.  

The buttons have a nice texture, rough. Wonderful tactile sensations. Clicks during operation are clear and understandable.  

Bezel with ceramic insert for 120 clicks.  

It's a comfortable grip, but to be honest, I don't like how it moves. And there are some gaps.  

Of course, I would like a bezel like in the same NTH, but to say that it’s annoying - no, it’s definitely not annoying.  

The back cover is quite simple. You can read some characteristics.

As expected for this style, there is a sapphire crystal with anti-reflection and water resistance of 100 meters.  

Well, let's talk a little about the mechanism. The so-called Meka quartz, and in this case the mechanism from the Japanese Seiko with caliber VK64, differs from ordinary quartz in that the chronograph second hand moves as smoothly as in mechanics, when in ordinary quartz it moves clockwise, jerkily.  

That is, at first glance it may not be clear whether it is quartz or mechanics, which is the point of the idea.  

The dial itself is kosher.  

The entire plate is in a delicate, milky color. This is a Swiss Super Luminova that stores energy and glows in the dark.  

All marks are black, which contrasts perfectly with the milk. Readability is excellent.  

And the markup itself, both in fonts and in design, is excellent.  

Very beautiful, pleasant and presentable dial.

Well, my favorite panda! Panda is when there are two chronograph windows on the right and left. It’s true that it’s a terrible panda when these windows are black on a white dial, but in this case this type of dial is still called a panda.  

Our sizes are as follows.

42 mm diameter, from lug to lug - 49 mm, thickness - 13.4 mm, weight - 96 grams.  

The watch fits perfectly on my hand, 18 cm in girth. But not all 42 mm watches fit my hand well. These are perfectly made for small and medium wrists.  

Well, let's go with the results.   

If you like this style, take it, you will be very pleased.  

Not a hackneyed design, cool quality, cool characteristics.  

It is very important here that the design is not hackneyed, because there are many very similar watches today. There are so many microbrands that clone luxury watches that frankly I don’t like this trend.  

It's good when guys do their own thing. This is welcome. And wearing “Abibas” instead of “Adidas” is a dubious pleasure. Even if the quality of the first one is great.  

That is why some brands have slowly left my store or have greatly decreased in share. Despite the high quality.
